Stress affects everyone at some point. Generally, stress affects an individual in numerous ways including physical manifestations of stress such as pain or illness. The way in which a person responds to stress depends on varying factors, but no two people experience stress in the same way. Treat stress holistically due to its impact on the body, mind, and spirit. A wellness coach is a great asset in learning to cope with stress through modifications in lifestyle and behavior as well as different health approaches that reduce stress. Research Stress negatively affects the overall health and wellness of an individual. Stress has been correlated with worsening psychological and physical health (Segerstrom O’Connor, 2012).
